REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: March 31, 2026

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued.

1. GENERAL POLICY Payments for digital services, AI development, consulting, and training are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. BEFORE SERVICE COMMENCEMENT

  • Clients may request a full refund if cancellation occurs before work begins
  • Refunds may be subject to administrative or processing fees

3. AFTER SERVICE COMMENCEMENT No refunds will be issued once:

  • Work has started
  • Development or implementation has begun
  • Access to digital products, systems, or training has been granted

4. PROJECT-BASED SERVICES

  • Payments may be structured in milestones
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SOFTWARE

  • All digital product purchases are final
  • No refunds once access, download, or activation is provided

6. TRAINING SERVICES

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • No refunds for missed sessions or late cancellations

7. HARDWARE / ROBOTICS SALES

  • Returns (if approved) must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Shipping, handling, and installation costs are non-refundable

8. EXCEPTIONS Any exception must be approved by management and documented accordingly.

9. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS Approved refunds:

  • Will be processed via the original payment method where possible
  • May take 5–10 business days depending on the financial institution
